All orders are shipped by registered post with "An Post"

You will be issued your tracking number in our shipping confirmation Email

An Post do track the packet in the Irish Republic and provide a signature (An Post are not collecting actual signatures currently inline with Covid -19 safety guidelines) as proof of delivery. An Post track the packet and confirm its arrival in the receiving country for International orders. An Post relies on data from the receiving country's postal service as to delivery progress in that jurisdiction. We do not control any part of the postal service process. We will support clients in the event of late delivery. However, we see the same information our clients do when viewing the An Post track and trace web site in the link above.

The process to identify the whereabouts of a packet once posted is controlled by An Post, we will only send a replacement or refund when An Post confirms to us that the packet is officially lost, the timing of that process is in the control of An Post, and is totally out of our hands.

To date we have not had a registered packet that has not arrived with its client worldwide.

Customs and import duties are the clients responsibility.

Approximate transit time from date of postage: ( excluding changes to air transit duration due to Covid-19 or Brexit )

To Irish addresses the next working day is the norm but not guaranteed,

To the UK addresses 5 days ( delivered by Royal Mail.)

European addresses 5 days,

USA addresses 7 days,

Canada addresses 9 days,

Australia addresses 10 days.

All other addresses 12 days.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for personalized orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
